Data protection statement

BSM Manage Co. Ltd. declares that sensitive data of its employees and partners being in any connection with the company (personal data, phone and fax numbers, e-mail address) are treated in a strict and confidential way and are exclusively used to the extent as well as in the manner required by the relevant legislation, not being disclosed to third person (persons) only with the written consent of the data owner.

 

Data management principles of BSM Manage Co. Ltd. are in line with existing data of protection legislation, especially with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
